In the first of two conversations focusing on the local church, Steve Allen discusses the importance of music in congregational worship, specifically from a Pentecostal perspective. Music is vital in the theological health and development and also powerfully and properly important in stirring the emotional dimension of men and women in their worship of the Triune God.
The second conversation deals with the need to establish the expectation of excellence in music and leading a congregation in singing before the Lord. Steve talks about the need to develop an entire culture of ministry excellence and is an excellent resource for pastors and worship leaders as they build out staff and ministry.
